Little about myself
Before I was a dementia coach and trainer, I was a granddaughter watching my grandmother care for my grandfather. Over time, all four of my grandparents were diagnosed with dementia, and that experience shaped everything I do.
After two decades as a physical therapist and more than ten years as a Certified Dementia Practitioner and Trainer, one thing became clear: caregivers aren’t failing. The system is failing them.
That’s why I started A Better Way- Dementia Care Solutions. To offer what most caregiving resources don’t. Real-life guidance grounded in clarity, not guilt.
I help people understand the why behind what’s happening so they can figure out what to do and how to respond in a way that actually works for them and the person they care for.
You don’t need another checklist.
